Opportunity to Participate in Nursing Practice Research

ANA is partnering with the two research studies below to gather input from frontline nurses. Please take a moment to read the details of the studies and provide your insights. 
TIME ALLOCATION STUDY
We know that throughout the course of a shift, you’re involved in a wide variety of activities that compete for your valuable time. ANA codesigned this survey to give you the opportunity to share your professional experiences in what tasks you are completing in a shift and what tasks you wish you could spend your time doing.
 
Many people talk about improving working conditions for nurses, but no one is better placed to explain exactly what nurses need than nurses themselves. This survey will take less than 20 minutes to complete and will deliver valuable insights on what nurses today want their work to look like and how organizations can better support nurses working on the frontline. 
 
QUINT STUDER STUDY

Quint Studer of Healthcare Plus Solutions Group (HPSG) in collaboration with the American Nursing Association (ANA) have just released Models of Care Insight Study, to explore new and alternative models of care to implement across the U.S. The study will be open until February 17th , 2023.

 

The Models of Care Insight Study is designed to capture best practices so that they can ultimately be shared with others. The immediate goal of the study is to collect best practices from organizations all over the country and share them to help ease the nursing crisis and to identify gaps/disconnects between nurse leaders and frontline nurses. 

 

Any nurse who wishes to take the survey, regardless of practice setting, is welcome to do so—in fact, it’s important that we have as many participants as possible. The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. Please click here to participate.
