Our Legislative Agenda for 2021

The bills we are looking at targeting for testimony in this legislative session are as follows:

HB 487 and SB 839 following thorugh on our continuing support for the Our Care Our Choice Act in Hawaiʻi.

HB302 & SB 620, HB303 & SB619, and HB576 & SB 624 expanding and supporting the practice of APRNs to the fullest extent of scope of practice.

HB806 & SB588 and HB807 & SB559: we want to follow these bills that support the safe and effective practice of RNs in the state of Hawaiʻi.
