PPE Survey: Tell us how your workplace is protecting you!

Posted over 4 years ago

Hawaiʻi Nurses,

We need your responses regarding PPE availablity at your workplace! Our goal is to take this data and present to policymakers and the COVID-19 Hawaiʻi Task Force to increase your protection at work!

In August, more than 20,000 nurses responding to the second PPE survey from the American Nurses Foundation and ANA confirmed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shortages persist and reuse for single-use PPE is on the rise. These survey results help us amplify nurses’ challenges and concerns with the media and legislative and regulatory agencies.

Once again, the Foundation and ANA want to understand nurses' access to and usage of PPE right now. It is critical we hear from you on the PPE situation you are experiencing over the last two weeks.

Take a few minutes to complete this PPE survey here. We encourage participation from all nurses – ANA members and non-members. Feel free to forward to any colleague who would like to participate!

To learn more about what the Foundation and ANA are doing to support you visit the COVID-19 Resource Center. To see results from the previous Pulse on the Nation’s Nurses COVID-19 Survey Series go here.

Data is confidentially collected, de-identified, and will be stored by the ANA Enterprise.
